About the event
We invite you to join our free family event to celebrate the importance of invertebrates to our Refuge habitat Saturday June 6th.

Lisa Robinson from WA's Native Bee Society will share information about how to identify and encourage pollinators in our gardens and green spaces, followed by a Catch and Release outdoors to identify some of our native bees. She also hopes to introduce people to the use of the iNaturalist app to log species.
And to check out our aquatic invertebrates, join Shannon Hayes-Truex down by the slough to use scopes to get a close-up view of McNary's "Mudcritters."
